Historical Background
The Founders of the Organization inspired by the plight of the vulnerable individuals and communities arising from poverty, endemic diseases, lack of infrastructure, food insecurity, poor health conditions ignorance of civil liberties, lack of access to safe water, environmental degradation and unemployment mainly because of inequality perpetrated by various government regimes for more than 50 years.

Organizational Structure
The Trust is founded by a subscribed membership which constitutes the AGM with two (2) Directors, one of whom is a Managing Trustee, registered in the Republic of Kenya under the Trustees (Perpetual Succession) Act, CAP 164.
The Management is headed by the Managing Trustee and Programs Manager with relevant support staff.
Objectives
- To undertake and establish schools to educate orphans and street children in the society.
- To initiate development programmes that promotes agricultural and natural resources in rural areas.
- To assist in the development of community based resources and create understanding of indigenous knowledge, technology and practices for the conservation of biological diversity and protection of environment in which positive human and family values can be natured and taught.
