Historical Background
The Founders of the Organization inspired by the plight of the vulnerable individuals and communities arising from poverty, endemic diseases, lack of infrastructure, food insecurity, poor health conditions ignorance of civil liberties, lack of access to safe water, environmental degradation and unemployment mainly because of inequality perpetrated by various government regimes for more than 50 years.
The Founders have got three (3) decades of experience working with and amongst the population affected by the mentioned challenges, found it crucial to form an Organization that may demonstrate a philanthropic response by members, Partners and networks to compliment the National Government efforts to achieve a just and free society.
The current Programs have focused mainly on educational scholarships for High School going children experimented for the last ten (10) years with evident success stories of University and Middle Level Colleges.
The Trust intends to expand its Programs to cover the mentioned areas of challenges to achieve its vision and mission.
The Trust appeals to well wishers for charity work to join us on the indicated contacts so as to fulfill the desired future of the vulnerable in Kenya and beyond.

Personal Profile
The Managing Trustee, The Rt. Rev. James Kenneth Ooko Ochiel started his career as a teacher in public schools then moved on to train in Theology and Church Ministry, served as a Church Minister for several years, during which time he trained, he trained and worked as a Church Administrator.
In his career development, he trained and practiced on Management, Public Administration, Economics, Organizational Development among others. He later trained as a Community Health and Development Professional with a major on Policy Analysis, Project Planning and Development.
