The Trust is founded by a subscribed membership which constitutes the AGM with two (2) Directors, one of whom is a Managing Trustee, registered in the Republic of Kenya under the Trustees (Perpetual Succession) Act, CAP 164.

The Management is headed by the Managing Trustee and Programs Manager with relevant support staff.
